This policy explains what information mangaldosh.co.in collects when you book a puja, jaap or seva or send us an enquiry, and how it is used. The website is operated by Aditya Trading Company, Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh).

Information we collect

• Your name, mobile number and email address.
• Sankalp details you give for a puja: names, gotra, date, time and place of birth, and your intention for the puja.
• The postal address for sending prasad.
• Birth details you share for a kundali check or kundali matching.
• Payment status and reference numbers from the payment gateway. We never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or net-banking password.
• Basic technical information such as the page you visited and the campaign link you came from.

How we use it

• To perform the puja, jaap or seva in the names you give.
• To send you the booking confirmation, the live-stream link, the recorded video and the prasad.
• To call or message you about your booking or your enquiry.
• To keep accounting and tax records that the law requires.

Who we share it with

• The pandits who perform your puja receive the sankalp details.
• The payment gateway (PayU) processes your payment.
• The courier company receives your name, phone number and address to deliver prasad.
• Service providers who send SMS, WhatsApp or email messages on our behalf.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Enquiries that do not become a booking are deleted when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information sooner where the law allows it.

Cookies

The website stores your language choice and, when you sign in to see your bookings, a sign-in token on your device. Analytics or advertising tags, where used, record visits in aggregate.
