Refund and Reschedule Policy

This policy covers changing the date of a booked puja, cancelling it, and refunds.
Changing the date
You can move your puja to another open date free of charge by contacting us at least 24 hours before the booked date.
Cancellation by you
- Cancelled 48 hours or more before the booked date: full refund.
- Cancelled less than 48 hours before the booked date: the puja can be moved to another date; no refund.
- After the puja has been performed: no refund.
Cancellation by us
If we cannot perform the puja on the booked date, we will offer you another date. If no date suits you, the full amount is refunded.
Failed or double payments
If a payment fails, no booking is made. Any amount debited for a failed or duplicate payment is returned to the original payment method.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the payment method used for the booking, within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Chadawa sevas
A chadawa seva can be cancelled for a full refund until it has been offered. Once the seva has been offered it cannot be refunded.
