Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every puja, jaap, path and chadawa seva booked on mangaldosh.co.in. The website is operated by Aditya Trading Company, Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh). By booking, you agree to these terms.

The service

• Pujas are performed in Ujjain by the pandits of Shri Brahma Gayatri Mandir, in the names given in your sankalp.
• In a group puja, your names are taken in a shared sankalp together with other devotees. A personal puja is performed only for your family.
• A booked puja includes the live stream, the recorded video and prasad by post, as shown on the puja page.
• Jaap, path, vastu and chadawa services are arranged on request; our team confirms the details and the amount with you before anything is charged.

Booking and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the puja page and are payable in full at the time of booking.
• Payment is taken online through PayU. A booking is confirmed only after the payment succeeds.
• You are responsible for giving correct names, gotra, birth details, phone number and prasad address. The puja is performed with the details you give.

Date and time

You choose a date from the dates open for booking. The time of the puja is shared with the confirmation. If a puja cannot be performed on the booked date for a reason on our side, we will offer you another date or a full refund.

Live stream and recording

The live-stream link is sent before the puja and the recording after it. They are for the personal use of the devotee and the family. Internet or platform outages can interrupt a live stream; the recording is shared in every case.

Beliefs and results

Pujas are religious services performed according to tradition. Benefits described on this website are matters of faith and belief. We do not promise or guarantee any particular result, and nothing on this website is medical, legal or financial advice.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, date change and refunds are covered by the Refund and Reschedule Policy. Prasad delivery is covered by the Prasad Shipping Policy.

Liability

Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
